Cut into a “diamond” shape, enabling well experience chef or first time users to produce perfect triangular samosas every time.
Once fried, small bubbles are created evenly across the pastry and the pastry will turn into a golden pale yellow colour which is perfect for your starter.
Available in variety of sizes from XLarge, Large, Medium or cocktail.
